Het seizoen 2015/16 van de Premier League was het 24e seizoen van de hoogste Engelse voetbalcompetitie sinds het oprichten van de Premier League in 1992. Chelsea was de titelhouder. Op 2 mei 2016 kroonde Leicester City zich voor de eerste maal in haar geschiedenis tot kampioen van Engeland, na een 2-2 gelijkspel tussen uittredend kampioen Chelsea en eerste achtervolger Tottenham Hotspur.

Aan de competitie deden 20 teams mee. Hull City, Burnley en Queens Park Rangers degradeerden in het seizoen 2014/2015 naar de Football League Championship. Bournemouth werd in het seizoen 2014/2015 kampioen van de Championship, Watford eindigde als runner-up, en Norwich City won de finale van de play-offs; deze drie clubs promoveerden naar de Premier League.
