De COSAFA Cup 2023 was de tweeëntwintigste editie van dit voetbaltoernooi, georganiseerd door de COSAFA (Council of Southern Africa Football Associations), een internationaal toernooi voor landen die lid zijn van de COSAFA. Het toernooi werd gespeeld tussen 5 en 16 juli 2023. Het werd gewonnen door Zambia, dat land won in de finale van Lesotho.[1] Zuid-Afrika werd derde.

Loting

De loting voor de groepsfase werd gehouden op 26 mei 2023 in Johannesburg.[2][3][4]
