Panetolikos GFS (Grieks: Παναιτωλικός Γυμναστικός Φιλεκπαιδευτικός Σύλλογος, Panaitolikós Gymnastikós Filekpaideftikós Sýllogos) is een Griekse voetbalclub uit Agrinion.

De club werd in 1926 opgericht en kwam na promotie in 1975 twee seizoenen uit op het hoogste niveau. Na jaren in de lagere divisies te hebben gespeeld, promoveerde de club in 2009 naar de Beta Ethniki (tweede niveau) en in 2011 terug naar het hoogste niveau, de Alpha Ethniki (Super League). Na directe degradatie volgde in 2013 wederom promotie naar het hoogste niveau.
