In 2002 werd het tiende Campeonato Tocantinense gespeeld voor clubs uit de Braziliaanse staat Tocantins. De competitie werd georganiseerd door de FTF en werd gespeeld van 24 februari tot 30 juni. Tocantinópolis werd kampioen.
