Pittosporaceae is een botanische naam, voor een familie van tweezaadlobbige planten. Een familie onder deze naam wordt universeel erkend door systemen van plantentaxonomie, en zo ook door het APG-systeem (1998) en APG II-systeem (2003).

Het gaat om een niet al te grote familie, tot enkele honderden soorten, van houtige planten, in de tropen van de Oude Wereld en Australazië.

In het Cronquist-systeem (1981) is de plaatsing in de orde Rosales; dit is dezelfde plaatsing als in het Wettstein-systeem (1935).
