Phycodes substriata is een vlinder van de familie Brachodidae. De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld door Thomas de Grey Walsingham in een publicatie uit 1891.
De soort komt voor in Kenia en Tanzania.
