Phaenotheriolum espagnoli is een kever uit de familie van de boksnuitkevers (Anthribidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld als Phaenotherion espagnoli door Manuel González in een publicatie uit 1969.[1]
De soort komt voor in Spanje.
