Otiorhynchus simulans is een kever uit de familie van de snuitkevers (Curculionidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld door Wilhelm Gustav Stierlin in een publicatie uit 1877.
De soort komt voor in Oekraïne, Slovenië, Kroatië, Bulgarije, Zuid-Europees Rusland, Turkije, Georgië en West-Siberië.
