Lobiancopora abyssicola is een mosdiertjessoort uit de familie van de Alcyonidiidae.[1] De wetenschappelijke naam van de soort is, als Bockiella abyssicola, voor het eerst geldig gepubliceerd in 1986 door Gordon.[2]
