Hui'an is een stad en een arrondissement in de stadsprefectuur Quanzhou in de provincie Fujian van China. Bij de volkstelling van 2020 had de stad 584.053 inwoners, het gehele arrondissement had 1.030.626 inwoners[1] en is onderdeel van de agglomeratie rondom Quanzhou met 17 miljoen inwoners.[2]
