Hapoel Petach Tikwa (Hebreeuws: הפועל פתח תקווה) is een Israëlische voetbalclub uit Petach Tikwa.
De club werd in 1934 opgericht en was vooral succesvol in de jaren 50 en 60 toen 6 landstitels behaald werden. Het is niet de enige club uit de stad, ook Maccabi Petach Tikwa is een vaste waarde in de hoogste klasse. Maar ook Hapoel is een vaste waarde, enkel Maccabi Tel Aviv en Hapoel Tel Aviv speelden meer seizoenen in de hoogste klasse. In 2012 degradeerde de club.
