Forstera is een geslacht van kleine vaste planten uit de familie Stylidiaceae. Het geslacht telt zeven soorten waarvan zes endemisch zijn in Nieuw-Zeeland. Forstera bellidifolia is endemisch op Tasmanië.[1]
