Bagous sulcicollis is een kever uit de familie van de snuitkevers (Curculionidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld door Hartmann in een publicatie uit 1899.
De soort komt voor in het Russische Verre Oosten en China (Tianjin, Fujian).
