Bagous obliquus is een kever uit de familie van de snuitkevers (Curculionidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld door John Lawrence LeConte in een publicatie uit 1876.

De soort komt voor in het zuidoosten van de Verenigde Staten.
