Bagous mamillatus is een kever uit de familie van de snuitkevers (Curculionidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld door Thomas Say in een publicatie uit 1831.

De soort komt voor in de Verenigde Staten.
