Autotropis distinguenda is een kever uit de familie van de boksnuitkevers (Anthribidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld als Tropideres distinguenda door David Sharp in een publicatie uit 1891.
De soort komt voor in Oost-Siberië, Taiwan, Zuid-Korea en Japan.
