Agrocybe is een geslacht van schimmels behorend tot de familie Strophariaceae. De typesoort is Agrocybe praecox (Vroege Leemhoed). Het geslacht komt wereldwijd voor. Het zijn paddenstoelen met kleine tot middelgrote, vlezige vruchtlichamen. Ze hebben bolle hoeden, brede lamellen en bleke stelen. De soorten voeden zich allemaal met dood plantenweefsel. De vruchtlichamen worden daarom meestal aangetroffen in velden, weilanden, bij parkeerplaatsen, op composthopen of minder vaak op dood hout.
