Adafroptilum rotundum is een vlinder van de familie van de nachtpauwogen (Saturniidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld als Afroptilum rotundum door Philippe Darge in een publicatie uit 2003.
De soort komt voor in Malawi.
