Acrolepiopsis brevipenella is een vlinder uit de familie van de parelmotten (Glyphipterigidae). De wetenschappelijke naam van deze soort is voor het eerst voorgesteld door Sigeru Moriuti in een publicatie uit 1972.^[1]

De soort komt voor in Mongolië, China en Japan.^[2]
